With over 25 years of leadership experience, Mattias has a passion for helping individuals and teams realize their full potential through a strengths-focused approach. His expertise spans coaching, leadership development, business strategy and team dynamics. Mattias has worked with over 500 individuals and teams from all over the world. He is based in Stockholm, Sweden and offers coaching in Swedish and English.
